My Husband the Chef
Last night I came home to a wonderful suprise. As I opened the door from the garage I smelled the most amazing thing coming from our kitchen. I looked over and there was Mark towel over his shoulder and spoon in his hand standing over the stove. He had decided he was going to cook dinner and boy did he. I think last night's meal was the best meal I have had in months! He made this amazing carne asada and Fajita chicken, with rice, beans, guacamole, and homemade salsa (that was absolutely perfect). Everything was so amzingly perfect. It was like angels were dancing on my tongue with each bite. Mark has made meals before and they are always good, but this one topped them all and has definately topped anything I have ever made. I am so lucky to have such a talented husband! Coytt loved it too eating a large bowl himself. So next time Mark asks what I want for dinner I know exactly what I am going to say and he better be ready to get to work :)

Update
Wow it has been a long time since I posted something. Well a lot has happened in the last month. We went to the Rothlisberger Reunion which was a blast. Mark rode his first horse, and learned that he really likes camping. Coytt had fun with all the family and being able to run all over the place and get dirty. We only took our video camera so sorry no pictures. When we got back from the reunion we moved into our new home in Gilbert, AZ. It is a 4 bed 3 bath with a loft and we are loving it. Our new ward seems to be really friendly and we love the location. I have some pictures of the interior, we have had a lot of fun decorating everything. My master bed/bath are my favorites although I am not done with them yet.
Our dining room
Our masterbath, the picture of the towel below gives a better idea of the color scheme in our bath/bedroom colors.
Guest room, Grandma Rothlisberger made the quilt.
The living room.
We also got some fish for Coytt and he loves watching them swim around. In our bedroom we have a Betta and a Guppy living together and downstairs we have Balloon Mollies and a couple of others that I can't remember the names. One of our Mollies had babies the day we brought her home, and we learned that once a Molly has babies every month after that they have 100 or more babies, so if anyone is interested in free baby fish next month just let us know and I am sure we will have plenty to give away.
After we got settled in in our new home, we went to St. Johns for Mallory's reception, it was fun to see all the family and to take a little vacation from the city. I got Mark a .22 for Father's Day and so he spent most of the weekend out in the boonies with his brothers-in-law spotlighting and looking for rabbits and other small "game". He is becoming quite the country boy :) I spent time helping my mom with the reception, and when Mark was home he was a great asset in helping with the reception as well. Coytt loved playing with Uncle Brent, Aunt Marti and Aunt Mandi's new puppy Earl. Here are some pics of that fun weekend.
Coytt was so tired at the reception, but you can sort of get the idea of how handsome he looked.
As for everyday life here in the Corralez home things are pretty much the same. Coytt is growing so quickly and learning new things everyday (sometime this week he learned the word "no" and has been using it a little too much) he has mastered the stairs and can go up and down them easily and that takes a lot of worry off of mom and dad's shoulders. Mark is preparing to go back to school and together we are preparing to be sealed in the Temple (we are wating for our ward to find someone to teach the temple classes and then it won't be long after we take the 6 classes), we are getting excited for baby Dalon to get here; only 3 more months, and we can't wait.
I will post pictures of the outside of our house as soon as I take some, and I will get some updated pictures of Coytt (with his face showing) as soon as possible. But for now that should catch us up and hopefully I will be a better blogger this month.
